Hi! My name is Melanie Puterbaugh, and I am an interior designer located in the DFW area. I am earning my BFA in the College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas and am graduating in May of 2022. During my time at UNT, I have become adept in functional space planning and 3D renderings in programs such as Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD as well as producing presentations that effectively reflect the design concept. I believe everyone has the right to enjoy the space they are in, and every problem has at least one solution.
I personally have the best time when I am determining the "why" behind my design decisions-- investigating the site and its relationship to historical, cultural and archetypal influences paired with each clients' unique circumstances allows me to create the ultimate human experience that encompasses and celebrates the psychological impact and physical aspects of every design
